Legal notice & compliance

This site is institutional material from Norton Real Estate. Please read carefully the scope and the limits of what we present here.

Nature of the material

The content of this site is strictly informational and institutional. It does not constitute an offer, a promise of an offer or a solicitation to invest, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Nothing here should be read as financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Investment decisions call for your own analysis and professional counsel.

Intended audience

Norton's investment structures are private, without a public offering, and are intended for qualified or professional investors under the regulation of Brazil's Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

Return figures, prospectuses and the terms of each deal do not appear on the public pages: they are presented in direct conversation, upon self-declaration of eligibility.

Returns and projections

Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Every investment involves risk, including the loss of the capital invested.

Any estimates or scenarios are projections, subject to market variables beyond Norton's control, and should not be taken as a promise of return.

The founding partner's track record

Norton was founded in 2025 and has not yet completed an investment cycle of its own. The career figures cited on this site (years in the market, volume invested and area developed) refer to the founding partner's track record, in roles prior to Norton, and not to results of the firm.

The CVM portfolio-manager certification belongs to the founding partner and does not constitute authorization for Norton to manage third-party funds or make a public offering.

Trademarks and third-party content

Names of companies, assets and partners are cited to describe Norton's track record and work. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Images identified as project renders are representations, not the current state of the development.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice and the use of the site are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the District of São Paulo (SP) are elected to settle any disputes.
