Rogério Cardoso
Founder of Norton
Rogério Cardoso leads origination, structuring and fundraising, as well as the management of the investment vehicles. With a 25-year track record in the Brazilian real estate industry, he has spearheaded over R$30 billion in transactions across industrial & logistics, office, retail, hospitality, cold storage and residential assets.
Over his career, he has structured several Brazilian Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) and Private Equity Funds (FIPs). Prior to founding Norton, he founded SP2 Investimentos, was a Partner at Alianza, President of Prologis in Brazil, Investment Director at Pátria, Head of Investments at BR Properties, alongside senior roles at Carrefour Group and CBRE.
